Nearly ran over Jesus
Passion procession up the High Street (some very dour faces but then it's the sad part of the wekeend so I guess that's to be expected). Luckily a chap in a fluorescent vest waved my hurtling bicycle away in time to avoid him. It would never do to add impromptu Station 6b: JC lifts His head up from Veronica's ministration to get bowled sideways by a cyclist. Oops.
Still, it makes you wonder if the fluorescent vest won't one day become the same sort of traditional, costume-drama type of outfit that a Centurion or a Beefeater or a Bobby On The Beat is now.
