Subversion for the cube-bound

The bosses put in a huge plasma HD telly and a Vista box to drive it - it's supposed to be our NORAD Mission Control board.  Of course they didn't think about what it might actually display.  Stop giggling at the back.

Currently it's cycling a Flickr demotivators photo pool.  Later it'll get a live stream of riots in San Francisco.  Man, I love wallscreens.

You haven't put second life on it yet then?

That reminds me - I used to do some work here:

They didn't have Vista boxes driving the plasmas, but there was a lot of Sky news, and this cool globe graphic that showed virus attacks.

I was in here during 7/7 - people suspected prior knowledge.

I went into richer sounds the other day for a cable and ended up having to wait for a sales rep, but it was pleasant as they had one entire wall of the shop covered in plasma screen T/V's showing tropical fish swimming. What a nice back drop to work too!

Brilliant.

You don't really expect me to stop giggling, do you?
