Light and Shade

The universe has a sense of balance after all: after a Day From Hell (find the developer who puts half a printer's settings on the panel and half on the web interface, find him and break his fingers) I got home to find a shiny new BT hub and phone, and the last tranche of birthday toys: a Frost's Mora Clipper sheath knife (cheap, serviceable, sharp: throw in pannier or rucksack and forget) and an over-the-top jet lighter (that thermite doesn't light itself).  

It was still a crappy day.  But a crappy day with toys beats a crappy day without toys, neh?
