A sixpack of pain

Two days after that street luge, I have an amazing all-body DOMS ache, LRP-shock par excellence, and I can feel them all. Rectus and I swear transversus abdominis, obliques, intercostals, even my damned serratus are eminently present. Every last man Jack of them still. Bloody. Hurts.

skean, luge is another double-pareto gig. 80% of the time setting up, 20% going down; 80% of the runs suck, 20% are awesome. The definition of "suck" is the only variable: for the skilled lugers, "suck" was "over a minute"; for the newbies "suck" was "in the ditch again".
