Time to put your game face on
Sep. 3rd, 2006 10:39 amOne week to Cotswold. Time to allay any collywobbles with all manner of booyah motivating stuff (please filter this week's LJ posts for preposterous boostering and machismo) and unleash upon my moist and hairy carcass the Plan:
Today: AM swim done; PM run to cadences.
Monday: AM moderate bike; PM hard bike / run brick.
Tuesday: AM Swim. PM service the bike.
Wednesday: AM long hilly bike; PM easy bike.
Thursday: AM swim; PM long-steady run.
Friday: Rest
Saturday: AM gentle swim; PM travel.
Sunday: 6:00 wake, breakfast; 7:45 quick warmup dip; 8:25 men 35-39 RACE START! PM something daft at the watersports centres.
That should do. And after that, I can go surfing. This spanky 8' mini-mal won't ride itself...
