It sounds interesting, though I'm wary about ordering from small presses in the States that don't have their international shipping costs up front - in my experience it's generally a sign that they don't have all their ducks in a row and will be tiresome to deal with.
Thank you, that's really kind of you to offer! I've had an email back from him and international shipping's only $7 or so which sounds quite reasonable so I think I'll get it sent straight to me this time, but I might well come asking for similar favours in future. :)
