OW is every Monday if I want it to be, and I've already swum the lake I'll be racing in September, back in May, so I don't need it that much - just for the wetsuit / hardening up / long unbroken efforts / craic.
It's not quite the grit your teeth and try not to cry agony that it was yesterday or I wouldn't have come to work, but it's still pretty bloody painful.
