Microfiltered bukkake

100% whey, it says on the tub.  Microfiltered and bio-available, smooth vanilla flavour, totally soluble, and here's a free shaker bottle in case you were dithering about just which protein powder to buy.  And yeah, it's pretty nice (nicer than the strawberry), a fellow could whizz a couple of berry fruits into it for flavour, and that shaker bottle really gets the lumps out.  Mmm, smooth, creamy, protienaceous glep gravid with yummy health benefits and snack-suppressing goodness.

Until your post-workout-sweaty hands can't get the lid unscrewed to rinse... so you grip harder, yank, and it leaps open and you find out where the sticky, icky lumpy goo has been hiding as it describes a graceful parabola into your face, and eyes, and beard.

I've been spooged, godsdammit.

A handy tip:

You don't need to take the lid off to rinse for the interim beforeIgethome rinse.

Just put water in through the hole in the lid, cap it off and shake. Dispose of icky water. That'll hold it until you get home and clean.

If I hadn't spent half a hour on the rollers electrocuting the cat, I'd have been able to think of that too :)

...on another topic entirely, any luck from the (hopefully) waterproof camera? Or was it all mist blurred blue, white and grey?

Lots of grey, I need to do some processing as I only got 'em scanned yesterday. Watch this space...

Question is, did it taste any good? Holland and Barrett's whey is total muck, fit only for inflicting on the local vermin. (Even the cat turns her nose up). Hi 5 Protein Recovery is nectar from the gods by comparison, but unfortunately rather expensive. Anyone got any mid price whey yumminess?

It's Ultimate Nutrition Professional Whey Isolate, "for the professional bodybuilder and sportsman" so maybe I should take it back... got it from the local healthfood store. Nice simple ingredients compared to some; taste is like a thin and slightly wallpapery vanilla when made with water (I generally don't make it up with milk). It has the kind of base, neutral taste that makes me want to whizz it with some fruit or an espresso.

EAS Simply Whey is a little nicer but also a little less digestible - that's real fart juice - and more expensive.
