Thinner

101.2 kg. Getting there. Want to make 95 for the GWR. Being a fatbody (Private Pyle!) is a bitch on your ankles.

But, surely you're unlikely to actually lose much weight, as anything you lose in fat is more than likely replaced in muscle which is heavier anyway?

Mate I've a BMI of "dead" and I can assure you that I can find a few kilos of surplus fat. And I already have awesome 28" quads ;)

Endurance exercise is catabolic so it doesn't put on muscle, quite the opposite. Otherwise Paula Radcliffe would have Jonah Lomu's thighs...

Damn, this was my excuse as to why I was gaining weight during training.

Ah yes, marathon training, famous for the sprints, intervals, weights work and other good fast-twitch muscle building stuff ;)

Still haven't done over 5 miles, I'm sooooo fucked for the Exeter half!
