andygatesUtter trivia: There are 319 Sue Smiths in the NHS mail directory (can you guess how many of them I mis-send to daily? We only have twenty in my area...). That's a whole regiment! And given the matronly nature of most of them, they could take Basra back if it got a bit naughty or forgot to wash its hands after going to the loo.
