Right, that's four lurgies in the bag.  I'm "substantially better" today but am making a point of Taking It Easy.  Which isn't easy, because I've got a bunch of antsy urge-to-train bugs dancing in my skull and worse, I'm feeling that ennui that being sick a lot can bring, and which I know can lead to job-losing suckfest depression.  So your friendly neighborhood Badger-Man needs to get well and happy without overdoing it.

Crap, that's balance skillz I don't have.  Can we just have a sunny snowy day and some uppers instead?  Pretty please?

Going to go for a short, easy, gentle jog this evening.  And if I get sick again I'm going to Sulk.  Big green purple-shorts Incredible Sulk.

Oh and hey, has anyone else had those "secret door" dreams?  The ones where a bit of your house suddenly has a door that was there all the time, you just didn't notice it, and through that door was cool stuff like extra rooms or an orangery or a secret lab or a gym or something?  Or is that just me?

Yeah, I've had those. Mostly hatches in ceilings or floors, though.

YMMV but I tend to leave the running for a bit and do the swimming and the cycling because there's less impact, it's easier to take it easy and less likely to cause injury.

My only running at the moment is the half mile between the flat and the pool. Until my back remains pain free for a whole day that's all the runnig I'm going to do.

And I have that whole heart of a hamser thing going on.

Hmm, maybe an easy album-length on the turbo in the warm, then. Good thinking :)

I had them on and off for about six months when I was living in a tiny room in Hall, but I don't think I've had them since.

So the subconscious message is "need more space"? I really should tidy up :)

Hell. It comes to something when I'm telling you to take it easy!

That wasn't a dream, it's your bathroom.

Ah yes, there is that. Really should finish it.

I need to rent a nagging wife.

I need a job when i get to the UK. What kind of nagging do you need? Sympathetic, harsh, realistic, screaming and shouting with hair pulling?

;)
