andygatesSpectator sport's always best if you've got someone to root for. Enter Michaela Breeze, Devon's entry in the women's 63kg weightlifting class. She took gold at the Commonwealth Games, and as you can see from this introductory video on the Beeb's site, she's as sound as a pound. (Chateau Cowbells, if I'm up early on Tuesday, this is why ;) )
