46 mph.  74 kph.  New fastest-speed-ever on a bike, courtesy of the A39 run into Wells.  The old record had stood since '01.  It is a simple thing, and it makes me smile.  That bike will be stable up to fifty, so I might have to visit skean and try out his mountain descent...
