Come sail away to the islets of Langerhans

Here's some awesome coolness: using viruses to do the shovel work, boffins have turned ordinary pancreas cells in mice into insulin-producing ones.  Still early stages, naturally, but in a live test subject, so that counts for a lot.  Yay for reprogramming the meat!
