andygatesI need an event as a training goal. It's getting into duathlon season. What's all this no-bike nonsense? Don't these people have any taste?
(NDTri's Krazy Kristmas Kaper (sic) is 600m swim, 5k run, fancy dress. I knew I should have held onto that Santa suit)
