Shopping cures all woes

Well, the ones that a good bottle of malt doesn't, at any rate.  Today's haul: Galactica Season 1, because the scattered episodes I keep catching are genuinely engaging and original; Rob Zombie's Hellbilly Super Deluxe thanks to Pandora radio; Pendulum's Hold Your Colour because frankly Slam is kickin' and I wanna see if the rest is as good; Michael Crichton's Prey from a charity bookshop because a nanonoia potboiler is always good for two quid; a tripod so I can film stuff; and an appointment for a birthday septum piercing (I hope stripey_mouse doesn't have a no-ogres dresscode for their reception!).
