I came looking at your old entries because I felt I might have stuck my foot in my mouth. Basically, a memory of your cat-bringing-deadthings entry having the words "bachelor flat" in it collided with what I'd asked you here, and I suddenly felt terrible.
Also, I didn't see this reply when you made it, and just found it now.
The point, though, is that I'm sorry if I hit a sensitive spot. I'm not certain, either, that I did, but if "bachelor flat" means you're not married any longer, I'm sorry about that, too, no matter why.
Probably best to shut up now, before I end up with my toes down my throat. Seems to be my greatest talent.
