Ankle woes

andygatesBah, my ankles are shot. More accurately, the little strappy tendons that run along the insides of my legs from ankle to mid-shin are shot. Proximal tibialis? Something like that. This means that (1) my gait sucks and needs correcting (2) no running til they're better, which I thought was today but -ouch- clearly isn't (3) I now have serious concerns about getting in enough mileage before the GWR. Bah.
