I'm hunting a book (fiction, small print run).  Amazon have a few "used and new" but are shipping from Indiana or Peru or somewhere equally daft; Ebay doesn't have a single one.  What other used and out-of-print book finders do people use?

I second the rec for ABE. In case you didn't notice, you can also list 'wants' and you'll get an email you when one pops up on the database - though it can still take a while to get hold of some books if lots of people are after them. You can also get it to list UK sellers of your book first - though that's not a guarantee that the book will actually ship from the UK.

I've used them a lot over the years, and in general been very pleased.

Oh, and what's the book anyway?

The Krone Experiment, a hard-sf detective/disaster around one of my favourite disaster tropes, a small black hole eating the earth :)
