In that case I'll do it in a mailshirt. I can walk the swim - can't be any slower!

As for abs, pfeh, I can find *serratus* if I look closely. Probably *iliopsoas* if I dig around. 'tis the torture of this fat-n-fit thing, there's all manner of buffness under twenty kilograms of butter. And dropping :)
