Fairly flat. The lake's definitely flat. The run - if they use the same area as they did for the Oly - is definitely not flat: it's a Blake's 7 set. The bike course is not topographically challenging.
I got such a nice vibe from the Oly last May that of the late-season Middles, this one was very attractive. I'm not planning on hitting that distance for June so Wimbleball is out this year. Maybe next year, if this doesn't kill me or scare me into a gibbering ball of gibbering gibber.
