It had to happen: with the current outbreak closing five wards at work, and my two-year antibodies expired, it was just a matter of time.  Noronasties, viral gastro.  Key factors: 1) you're infectious for a couple of days after symptoms end; 2) it's a great abdominal workout; 3) the green stuff.

So if you were planning an impromptu visit this weekend, don't: you'll be met by a locked door and plague crosses.  Please push fresh bog roll through the catflap.

gatorade or powerade to replace your electrolytes, water, juice and soup. When you are done with the hershey squirts see about some yogurt with cultures to repopulate your colon.

On the upside... people pay big money for colonics and yours is free with time off from work! YAY for no server migration for you.
