I blame ravenbait  for playing Birdhouse In Your Soul on Blip.fm (that made me smile) - this morning I woke from a dream of recording and mixing the damned song.  Vocals, harmonica, bass guitar and a drum loop.  If you've heard me sing or go near an instrument, you'll know that this dream was the purest wish-fulfillment fantasy.  You'll also have my deepest sympathy.  Still, I've been singing it to myself all day today.  Dogs howl, babies' bottles curdle, the moon turns verily to blood. 

...the server room must listen to me / filibuster vigilantly...

I'm failing to grok Blip.fm so far. Two reasons for that I think. I don't really do streamed audio. And I don't play music on a device that has IM stuff on it. Even at home I have iTunes on the Mac and Social/IM stuff on my PC. At least until Digsby gets an OSX release.

On the other hand ... get thee to last.fm!
