Apr. 30th, 2006 01:56 pmFinished in 2:12:28 according to my watch - official time to follow. The Freudian slip of "great west rub" was apt as my shorts rubbed through resulting in grim chafing; a quick stop at a St. John's tent for some vaz made it bearable for the last 4 miles. The tap didn't beat me, but a rabbit did - a rabbit worn by an Army PT instructor though so not too embarrassing!
Same sugar profile as a century ride - last leg was done on pure candy.
