Megadeth, Coundown To Extinction.  The lyrics end with a spoken piece in a female voice.  Who was she?  The artist isn't credited anywhere I can find, and I just realised I've spent the last few days hunting language packs for the Windows speech API to make that voice the default one, so far with nothing but fail.  Who was it?  And can I chain her under my desk?
