The Big Ben Nevis is a half-iron offroad, and is demented and bonkers and way, way too rich a sauce for yours truly.

But there's a Half Ben.  Same day, half the distance.  950m swim ("icy" according to the blurb), 45k fast loose mtb, 10,5k offroad run.  It's still insane, but it's more care-in-the-community than padded-cell.  Roll vs. WIS to resist...
