Someone on J Random Forum posted up Shakira's current video, She Wolf, and my posting-response was a predictable "Nimble little minx, isn't she?" -- and there was an immediate avalanche of linguistic horror as I started cataloguing my recent posts to see how many were memefarts like that, scraps of culture rather than actual creative response.

That I've chosen to title this post as I have just makes it worse.

That has to be one of my favorite ST:TNG episodes though. All things are in a circle. Everything gets reused. I listen to radio music and often instead of hearing the song that is on I hear all the songs it is made from. American Idiot the album if rife with them.
