If there's one tri thing I can do, it's transition. That's just gear-wrangling. :)

There is a Grand Plan. It starts with spiffing up my existing penny, and then selling it to someone who wants a replica machine. Then those funds go towards a modern bike.

It's a replica of a very old style, y'see, and is a heavy beast: a fine parade bike, but not a regular rider. I was starting to tweak it (C helped with an alternative seatpost) when this became apparent, that it'd be like fitting racing handlebars on a Halfords mountain-bike. So: sell this one, buy a spiffy one. Kat's was a beauty, and Joff makes nice rides, so I may even have a choice!
