andygatesA while back I mused about the toolchain you'd need to print CT scans in a 3D printer, for autogothic drinking skulls. Well, nobody's done exactly that, but there's a chap featured on BoingBoing who has a nice detailed post on doing the same thing for crocodile skulls.
