I sent that to my friend Steve at work, who is a vegetarian marathon runner (he's off to Berlin for a marathon next month).

I'd better pay special attention to the section that says that because I have lupus I shouldn't be doing any aggressive hiking. So no walking up hills going "Grrrr!" for me.
