All change!

Sam's accepted a job offer up in Scotland with SEPA doing EPO things. This is good: it's her ideal career (unless there are openings for Lara Croft / Aeon flux-esque eco-ninjas) and all that. But it means that Chez Ravenfamily is going to be no more. The spooky stuff has all played out and the River Cottage schtick never really got going.
I've got a couple of months to find a place, which is pretty easy. Luckily I just got a fat bung from the folks which will go toward a letting deposit... well, the bit I didn't squander needlessly on a flash digi camera, at any rate.
So I need to find somewhere either rural or central (I hate hate hate suburbia) that is cheap and will take cats (really, properly, written-in-the-contract take cats, after the last contract debacle). The hippy commune in Morchard Bishop is on the list despite their scary composting loo. And I will probably need to junk, give away, sell and put into storage some of the frankly mindboggling array of tat I've acquired. How can one person end up with so many jam-jars of bolts?
Long term, who knows? Might even move back to Bristol. The job is easy and good here, but the job isn't everything.
