andygatesTriathletes! A date for your diary: July 8th is the 3rd World Bog Snorkelling Triathlon. In Wales. A 12-mile fell run, 120-yard bog snorkel and 19-mile offroad ride, which makes it probably about as tough as an Olympic tri, and a load muddier and sillier. Was at the running club last night. They congratualted a 55 year old member on his 2:38 NY marathon time. He whupped Lance's ass.
