Legal measures don't even slow them down. I've got a sneaking feeling that a thriving capital economy relies on spam (or doorsteppers, or any other instantiation of unwanted pressure sales) to keep cooking. And that's before you even touch the bot-herders.
We need a hero. The Anti-Hormellian. Someone who isn't afraid to power down Russian DNSs and, please God, punch marketeers in the throat.
