Has anyone anything particularly good or bad to say about Orange's mobile, broadband and GPRS data service?  I'm about to jump ship and Orange look like the best contender whose signal actually penetrates into my burrow.

I can handle crappy customer service, it's what I've got at every phone provider. Just so long as I can get bluetooth modem settings from one gonk, I'll be happy :)

I'm restricted to Orange and O2 because no other companies' coverage gets into the hole in which I live. And O2's data rates are scary...

Are there other small providers that piggyback off their networks? Like wot Virgin used to do with one2one (and probably still do). For example, I notice Tesco partner with O2, so presumably their SIMs would work in your, ahem, hole. They're 'wires only' so you buy their SIM and buy yer phone from somewhere else. I think Richard Hill swapped to them, so he might have an opinion on their customer service.

Not sure how you'd go about working out who shares the Orange network, but some searching around might turn up some other options.
