Ta for the link - though we're probably going to visit 'Bike' as it's easily accessible in lunch hour and lots of people have recommended it, including aldric.
Edinburgh Bike are good, though I wouldn't advise people to buy a bike without sitting on it, especially someone of nonstandard proportions :) Trek, Marin, Specialized are nice.
